Richco Balcony Grade System has been specifically designed for the application onto balcony areas. The system comprises of a flexible roofing membrane base with the addition of a decorative surface dressing topping.

The initial application of Richco Flexible Roofing Membrane provides a seamless, flexible waterproof membrane system. This is liquid applied and provides outstanding weatherproofing properties, is flexible and has excellent adhesion and durability. It provides a long lasting barrier to water penetration providing a seamless finish with long-term protection.
Richco Surface Dressing System is then applied to the cured roofing membrane. Richco Surface Dressing is a decorative anti-slip system and provides an attractive, hardwearing, low maintenance surface using a wide range of natural aggregates. The natural aggregates are adhered with the resin and are designed to give the appearance of loose aggregates without the associated maintenance problems.

The finished system is the perfect solution for balcony areas by providing a decorative anti-slip surface which incorporates the practical necessity of the waterproofing membrane system.
